are strictly cosmetic. We’ve designed a very sleek and stylish new heatsink. A black lacquer finish on the top
surface and a polished tub make for a more modern look. The chassis incorporates discrete mount terminals
and some of the controls on top of the amplifier for easy tuning. For ultimate signal input, the amplifiers can
accept balanced lines up to 5V from our BLT-4 Balanced Line Transmitters. Although a lot different than the
original aesthetics, these amps are still the finest reference quality amplifiers on the market today… |

The American amplifier blacksmiths, Soundstream, have created a monster to stir up the world with their
2 channel amplifier. The Americans have a top-of-the-line amplifier that has gone into the class of excellence.
They let William Boddy hand design the heatsink – a solid chunk of aluminum with a bronzed finish.
All the engineering efforts showed well in the laboratory. A signal-to-noise ration of 99dB and a damping
factor of 1800 in the bass region are two of the amplifier’s best features. A distortion factor of 0.005% takes
second place to nobody.
