I live in a small Tennessee city that is mostly dominated by big trucks and tractors. Needless to say having an import and being into the car show scene is not part of my hometown’s culture. But that’s what I’m all about: standing out from the crowd and keeping things simple, clean, and true to you. I can honestly say that my car is an excellent example of that. I hand picked every element, color, and design on my car. I feel that you are rewarded with a sense of pride and accomplishment when you see your vision come to life and know that you were the one with the dream and determination to see it through.
My Honda started out as just an everyday driver, nothing done to it, and I planned to keep it that way. Well, you can see how far that got me; fixing up my car is in my blood and there’s nothing I can do about it. So what started out as some rims and a body kit has morphed into this beautiful vehicle that turns heads and stomps competition. I was excited and truly blessed for the opportunity to join Team Soundstream and run their product in my car. The speakers and the setup have gotten a lot of attention, media coverage, and numerous oh’s and ah’s from spectators.
My Honda contains a 7” VIR-7355 Soundstream double din head unit; three 10” Picasso series subwoofers in the back custom fiberglassed enclosure; two 6.5” Picasso series component speakers in custom fiberglassed door panels; two 12” Picasso series subwoofers in the trunk mounted in a custom fiberglassed enclosure that also contains two 6.5” Picasso series component speakers; and amp.

Besides the amazing sound system I have a list of mod’s several miles long, so here is the condensed version: Buddy Club II full body kit, viper hood, lambo door kit, projector headlights with eyebrows, 18-inch Diablo Wishbone wheels, air ride suspension, custom upholstered seats with pink ostrich inserts, X4 pistol grip steering wheel, painted valve cover, and an air intake. All fiberglassed pieces are painted Perplexed Pink.
I enjoy showing my car and attend numerous shows. I have several shows lined up for this year; I have already been out there competing and bringing home the trophies. I enjoy being around other enthusiasts and participating in the car show atmosphere. I keep telling myself that I need to find a job that will pay me to show my car everywhere and anywhere; that would truly be a dream job. But until then I will continue in my quest to keep modifying and living the dream.
