I usually compete in NW Texas and SE New Mexico USACi in 601-1800STOCK class as well as StreetBeat SB4 and SB5. I used to compete before and install for a few shops, it wasn't until last year that after a 4-5 hiatus I decided to get back into competition and shows. I began last year running only two Tarantula T5-12s and have since been dedicated to Soundstream, and added on from there. Since I have been running Soundstream products, I have not yet left a show without winning a 1st place trophy. Once coming home with 3 first place trophies and 1 second ALL IN THE SAME SHOW!!!!! I am hooked and would never run another brand again!!!! I plan to keep adding running Soundstream and getting louder!
Future Additions:
I plan to step up to three XXX-18s and upgrade the speakers to Reference RF-60C components, powered by Reference or Rubicon series amplifiers in the near future. I also have a crazy Celica that will be my next Sounstream project car...
