XXX Reference R1 STEALTH-13
Monster subwoofers for SPL competition. Quad 1.2 ohm 4” CCA coils devour the power & dual NOMEX spiders keep it all together.

New single woofer world record using XXX-18, 170.3dB!
Soundstream's flagship sound quality subwoofer, the R1 is probably the most revolutionary woofer you will ever see. These very unique subwoofers encompass technologies that no other American car audio companies are using. With features only found in high-end European subs and components, the R1s are extremely advanced. Many vehicles do not have tons of airspace available for a big, bulky enclosure. Some vehicles, like crew-cab trucks, have no space for a subwoofer. Until now... The STEALTH-13 is now the shallowest woofer on the market! Coming in at a mere 2" of depth, they can be placed behind rear crew-cab truck seats, under many front seats, or even in a figgin' door with some custom fabrication!
Tarantula TSQ SPLX-HX Tarantula T5
Several shapes of subwoofers have been created in the last several years. Fact is that a square woofer makes the most sense. It maximizes cone area for higher output on the same size baffle as a round subwoofer. TSQ subs are not just another square subwoofer, but rather a well engineered product capable of wearing the Soundstream logo... The new and radically improved SPLX-HX subs are welcomed by SPL competitors worldwide. While the changes may only appear to be cosmetic, the cool stuff is on the the inside. The new coil costs nearly 8 times as much as the original coil, but the results are unfathomable. Gaining a tenth of a dB sometimes can cost a fortune, but it may be what is needed to win a competition. Gaining several dB is like hitting the lottery! For the competitor or everyday basshead that does not have unlimited funds, this monster is for you. The T5 woofers are in a constant state of evolution. Materials change, technology changes and so must the T5s. We stiffened up the spider by 30% allowing higher power handling and longer life before the suspension fatigues. The rest of the driver remains unchanged. How much different does it sound and perform? Nearly identical, you won’t notice the difference, but they’ll take a harder beating…

Treat yourself to an audition of the Reference subwoofers today! Modernized with today’s technologies, the Rubies awesome cosmetics are only a cool shell for the good stuff inside. Molded polypropylene/mica cones yield the structural integrity required for woofers of this caliber. Convoluted NBR rubber surrounds yield superior strength and reliability. The dual voice coils are wound around Kapton formers for strength and sufficient cooling. Continuing into 2010 are the Picasso Subwoofers. These aggressive new subs are engineered from the ground up. The new motors yield more power handling than the previous drivers and are specific per size. Past experience proves that one-size-fitsall motors for 10”-15” subs does not yield top performance. The drivers feature polypropylene cones and NBR rubber surrounds for durability. The PXW subwoofers are available in dual 4-ohm coils or dual 2-ohm coils for versatility.
